Grand Cru Chocolate Cake

 Trying the grand cru chocolate cake from Chocolatier Pierre Marcolini.

 

Intense chocolate taste, loved it!

 

Although Roger bought it via internet, and it was shipped to us, still quite moist, with an extra chocolate ganache as toping.
