Restaurant Session (in Aachen): Hazzblot

Went out with a friend for dinner in Aachen's city center, at restaurant Hazzblot.
 
 Aperitif time!
 
 As starter, salmon tartare and home smoked with potato roesti.

As main dish, entrecote with vegetables and potato gratin. Loved the gratin: crispy top with creamy potatoes - delicious!
 
Sweet time! Petit gateau (with a perfect liquid core) and passion fruit sorbet.
 
In the mean time, the restaurant closed the door and doesn't exist anymore. The volatile gastronomy world...
