In the beginning of June, we went again to restaurant Dario&, from chef Dario Breuer.
As amuse bouche, croquette of iberico pork - pulled pork with panco and truffle mayonnaise. Very tasty!
As starter, I had lobster, mango, carrot, orange and Piemont nut.
Roger had salmon with asparagus, egg yolk, dill and lemon.
As main dish, entrecote with potato, truffles, asparagus.
The potatoes were deep fried in layers: excellent!
I had a glass of Cuvée KX from Weingut Trenz.
Sweet time, with a rhubarb variation. To finish, espresso macchiato and...
...pralines.
