Restaurant Session (in Kornelimünster): Sankt Benedikt

Enjoying Friday evening dinner at Sankt Benedikt✨ from chef Maximilian Kreus. 
Starting with salmon, celery, green apple and herbs.

Cod fish, Tom Ka Gai ice cream (the best!), Pandan and Kaffir lime leaves. Love this dish!
