Restaurant Session (in Cluj, Romania): Baracca

On my last night in Romania, I went for dinner at Baracca (my favourite restaurant in Cluj!).

Beautiful decoration.
 
As starter, shiitake mushrooms - Transylvanian shiitake and cheese, organic egg yolk.
 
As main dish, pastificio dei campi artizanal pasta, with cream cheese, parmesan and bacon.
 
Sweet time! Caramelized apple tart (with apples of Transylvania) and English cream. Sooo good!
