Restaurant Session (in Kornelimünster): Sankt Benedikt

Going for dinner to Sankt Benedikt✨ on a Friday evening.
 
With the aperitif, some appetizers.
 
The amuse bouche made entire of one ingredient: onion tartlet.  
 
The first dish. Starting with a pate and raisins.
 
Veal tartare, Prunier Imperial caviar, szechuan pepper. This dish is perfection!

 Turbot,tom ka gai, pandan , kaffir lime. Love it!

Norway lobster, bisque (delicious!), mango and wasabi.

As main dish, presa from Joselito Iberico (amazing meat, so full of flavour!), carrots and polenta (I'm not a fan of polenta, but this was really, really good!).
