Restaurant Session (in Kornelimünster): Sankt Benedikt

The last gastronomic experience to celebrate Roger's birthday: restaurant Sankt Benedikt🌟 from chef Maximilian Kreus. With the aperitif, some appetizers.
 
Amuse bouche, based on cauliflower.
 
As starter, salmon.
 
Yellowtail kingfish, buddha's hand, dashi-hollandaise. Love this dish, the dashi-Hollandaise is amazing!

Turbot,tom ka gai, pandan , kaffir lime. Excellent!

 As main dish, presa from Joselito Iberico. So much flavour!
