Sleeping in Lanaken (Belgium) : Domaine La Butte aux Bois

For Valentines, we went to hotel Domaine La Butte aux Bois in Lanaken.

Our room: Luxe Villa Balcony. It is not in the manoir but in an annex building across the street.

The swimming pool has the perfect size for a very good swim. 

Outside, there is also a hot tube with view to the gigantic tulips 😊

We used to love this hotel, when it was only the manoir and one additional building. It was small and cosy and very beautiful. For our taste, it got far too big now, with two additional buildings and many more rooms. It lost the old charm of a boutique hotel. I think this will be our last time here.
