Restaurant Session (in Texel, Netherlands): Eilandkeuken

For dinner, we went back to Den Burg. Restaurant Eilandkeuken from chef Dewi van der Plaats. 

Unfortunately I just read that the restaurant is permanently closed since March 2024. That's a pity, we enjoyed it very much!
