Restaurant Session (in Schwangau, Germany): Lisl

 
In our first night in Schwangau, we had dinner at the hotel - in the Lisl restaurant. Amazing view from the Neuschwanstein castle from our table!
 
 Candle light dinner :-)
 
As aperitif, I had a honey lemon balm spritz, with St. Germain, honey and lemongrass syrup, prosecco, soda, mint and lime.
 
Bread and butter.

 My starter: shrimps with avocado cream, vinaigrette and vegetables tartar. Very nice!
 
 As main dish, dry age entrecôte from the region, grenaille potatoes, chantarelles and rocket salad.
 
With dinner, we had a 2017 Côtes-du-Rhône from Chateau de Saint Cosme.
 
Dessert time! Strawberry macaron, rhubarb, caramel ice cream.
 
After dinner, we went for a short walk to see the castles illuminated at night. So beautiful!

Will never get tired of this view, in all times of the day.
