Wine Time

The plan was to get Sankt Benedikt's special Christmas dinner take out and prepare it on the 24th. 
We got it on the 23rd and didn't resist: we prepared it at the same night :-D
 
For dessert: spekulatius and orange.
 
Delicious! And so nice that it was already plated: after getting some take outs from gastronomic restaurants, I have a different appreciation for how much work (and art) it is involved in the process of plating!! Looking forward to be able to enjoy our gastronomic experiences at the restaurant again :-)
