Sankt Benedikt did a special takeout lunch for Easter - as shown in the bag :-) However, you had to pick it up on Saturday (one day before Easter) and...mmm... let's say that we didn't resist to wait another day :-D
As it was an entire menu, we decided to split it up and have it half as lunch, half as dinner :-)
For lunch, as first starter, yellow tail mackerel with avocado and cucumber. Great flavor, very nice combination of textures!
As second starter, asparagus soup. And, yes, it shows that I am not very talented in the art of plating - and I'm really, really looking forward to the restaurants reopening again :-)
These two starters were perfect for our Saturday lunch - looking forward to dinner!
