It is always nice to explore the Eifelsteig! This time, we went for a walk at the Dreilägerbach Dam valley. We parked at the Wanderparkplatz Dreilägertalsperre (Jägerhausstraße in Roetgen) and went walking up the Jägerhausstraße road.

This way is part of the Eifelsteig stage 1, and it passes through the nature reserve of Struffel.

...the beautiful nature around us! This fields are covered with heider (Heide).
