In the beginning of June, we went again to restaurant Dario&, from chef Dario Breuer.
As aperitif, I had a Kir Royal, Roger had a vermouth. With the aperitif, a croquette of iberico pork - pulled pork with panco and truffle mayonnaise. Very tasty!
Roger had salmon with asparagus, egg yolk, dill and lemon.
