In our second night in Cluj, we went for dinner at restaurant Baracca, from chef Roland Suciu. As starters, we ordered some
dishes to share. Beef tartar with 21 days age beef, homemade black
garlic, tomatoes, egg yolk - so good!
Fish tartar, cucumber and wasabi, with a lemon foam.

This year, in August 2024, Baracca unfortunately closed its doors. That's really a pity!
