Restaurant Session (in Kornelimünster): Sankt Benedikt

Dinner date with Roger at restaurnat Sankt Benedikt✨ from chef Maximilian Kreus.
 
With the aperitif, a selection of appetizers.
 
Love this watermelon base.
 
As amuse bouche, gazpacho caviar with tomato white mousse. Delicious!
 
The vegetarian dishes are always a temptation! Zucchini with smoked bell peppers, sage and pine.

 This dish is a revelation! Veal tartare, Prunier Imperial caviar and szechuan pepper. Amazing!
 
Cod fish, Tom Ka Gai ice cream (the best!), Pandan and Kaffir lime leaves. Always a highlight!
