For dinner, we went at the restaurant from Berghotel Schlossanger Alp. It is such a beautiful place!
The hotel is passing currently (2025) through a complete renovation, so I'm looking forward to see how the rooms will look afterwards!
Same for the spa, with the outdoor swimming pool. Looking forward to be back sometime!
My favorite starter was the one asked by Laura: porc ravioli with horseradish and spinach. So full of flavor, really nice!
My main dish: turbot, cucumber, spring onions, celery-pumpernickel puree and beurre blanc. Excellent dish!
