As aperitif, I had a glass of 2016 Riesling Brut from Fritz Haag.
We mixed the dishes from the meat and fish menu with the vegetarian menu - that are an inspiration!! As first dish, beetroot, pistachio, camomile.

Turbot, tom ka gai (in ice cream format), pandan, kaffir lime. Love this dish, hope it will stay forever in the menu!

As main dish, presa from iberico (amazing meat, so full of flavour!), romaine lettuce, mustard, peas.
