Restaurant Session (in Santa Cruz do Sul, Brazil): Melina Cozinha e Vinho

After bowling, we went for dinner at Melina Cozinha e Vinho from chef Caroline Limana.

Bread and dip. 
 
Polenta in three variations - honoring the Italian flag. With pesto, cheese and tomato sauces.

As starter, tenderloing filet strips with potatoes, farofa and sauce "Melina".

Beef filet and fettuccine with cheese sauce and pepper.

Sweet time! Mary and Laura asked for the petit gâteau: chocolate cake with creamy filling and vanilla ice cream.
