Restaurant Session (in Zeebrugge, Belgium): Amuzee

Arriving to Zeebrugge for dinner.
 
Hello!
 
Our restaurant: Amuzee✨from chef Laurent Law.

The restaurant, actually, doesn't exist anymore! But the chef can be found now at restaurant Rock-Fort in Brugge. 
 
Full of light and very clean decor - very nice!

With the aperitif... 
 
...the amuse (first dish of the menu): waffle with cream, chives and caviar. Delicious!
 
Oyster, tomato and soy.

As third dish, seabass, yoghurt, pomelo, tiger's milk. Delicious!

An extra dish with mushrooms.
 
Bread and...
 
...butter. 

Cockles, dashi bouillon and spring onion.

The pace could have been a bit faster, but the food was delicious and we enjoyed it very much!
