As starter, US beef carpaccio with truffle.
Baguette with French butter. I love the bread from La Becasse: following the instructions to warm it up, it feels like it has just been freshly baked.
As main dish, salmon with a delicious lobster sauce - over green beans and very creamy mashed potatoes.
As dessert, crunchy from chocolate Valrhona.
