To celebrate
Brazilian's Valentines Day, on June 12th, we went for dinner at
restaurant Hoeve de Bies, from chef Maurice Huynen.
...such a beautiful view!
As aperitif, gin tonic with pink grapefruit tonic water from Fentimans.
With the aperitif, some appetizers.

After the aperitif, we went inside for dinner.
Love the decoration!
Bread and butter - with the excellent beurre noisette that I never resist :-)
With the first dish, a glass of 2019 Pouilly-fume from Domaine de Maltaverne.

...fries and grilled salad. Absolutely loved the bearnaise sauce!
