Restaurant Session (in Kornelimünster): Sankt Benedikt

On Thursday evening, dinner at restaurant Sankt Benedikt✨ from chef Maximilian Kreus.

With the aperitif, some appetizers.
 
The amuse bouche, with very aromatic vadouvan spices. 
 
Wagyu tartare | Bonito vinegar | spring onion | caviar.

With the wagyu, a glass of 2021 Wiesenbronner Wachhügel Silvaner from Meimberg Weinkellerei. 
 
This one we know by heart and love it: turbot,tom ka gai, pandan , kaffir lime. Excellent!

A glass of 2021 Reichestal Riesling Kabinett from Weingut Künstler. 

Beef with grilled aubergine, red onions and cashew.
