Cute book :-)
Today (yes, we are already in February 2025 - I am just a bit late with my posts :-D ), I heard a work colleague battling between eating or not eating a chocolate. Next week, I will definitely take this book to her - she needs it!

Book Session: Férias!

Férias!
Marian Keyes

The topic is not the lightest one (addiction and rehab centers) but the reading is entertaining even on such a hard subject (the author herself was alcohol addicted for many years).

Book Session: How To Be Successful Without Hurting Men's Feelings

How To Be Successful Without Hurting Men's Feelings
Sarah Cooper
Funny but also heartening in showing how much work still needs to be done in diversity. A book for women but, even more so, for men.

"When it comes to diversity, perception is as important as reality.
Believes diversity has been solved - 72%
Minorities 28%"

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
J.K.Rowling

This book is as thick as the previous one. When it came out, I remember how eager I was to read it - so nice to read it again :-) Harry's fourth year at Hogwarts.

Book Session: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

I believe it is the thinner book of the Harry Potter collection (actually, I just checked and it is not: the first one is thinner :-) ), but also the one that I liked least.

I had taken all my Harry Potter books to Brazil some time ago - however, I decided to bring them all back again and read them once more (before donating them). And it is soooo nice to read them again, I'm enjoying it very much :-)

Book Session: Those People

Those People
Louise Candlish
[Fonte foto: www.amazon.de]
